Yarrow is useful in the onset of cold and flu symptoms.  It can help relieve allergies and hay fever. stimulate weak digestive systems and may help lower high blood pressure when used with other herbs such as Hawthorne and Motherwort.  Yarrow is may also be helpful in easing menstrual cramps.
 
Caution: Large dose of yarrow should not be used during pregnacy.
